Ma favorite. Living barefoot in bathing suit, sleeping in bungalows scattered in the nature, and minutes away from the pool and the beach, memorable day trips to the jungle and iconic national parks on the water; at a reasonable price. A must-try, 45 minutes away by boat from Phuket.
The Mooring Resort.
The most confidential stay of this list. This boutique hotel consists in few white-washed, wood filled villas built around a pool and facing a dreamy beach. I love the extreme peaceful vibes, and very private surroundings; quite surprising considering that you are minutes away from Phuket’s famous attractions.
Renaissance Khao Lak
Nature lovers, this one is for you. Nestled in a natural park, sandwiched between the longest beach of Phuket and a charming lake ideal for families bike rides, this stay is highly enjoyable. I am usually not a fan of hotel chain, but this one got my heart for its unique surroundings, but also design architecture and gorgeous kids club and kids pool hidden in the trees. Tested and approved for weeks at the time by our tribe during the confinement years in Thailand. Last but not least, you will spot the most amazing sunset in Phuket from here!
Island Escape Phuket
Away from it all, 10 minutes away by boat only form Phuket’s main island. This beautiful stay located on coconut island perfectly blends in with the surrounding nature and offers incredible perks for families. A play area in the rooms featuring a climbing well and rings to swing around; as well as kids pool that clearly don’t look like ones.
Rosewood Phuket
The most gorgeous kids club of the island! Little ones will garden, learn how to use a traditional loom, relax around a tree in the playroom, turn little pirates on the wood ship made for them in the kids pool. A real enchanting place for kids, and for parents looking for refinement and luxury. Also the most pricey option on this list.
Roost Glamping
If you are looking for a totally unusual experience in Phuket, this place is for you. Roost glamping is definitely one of a kind on the island packed with mega resorts. Stay in comfortable and stylish tents in a beautiful, lush environment. The cheapest stay of this list.
