Don’t be misled by the name or their website, Batter Bakery does not only serve delicious sweets, but also salads and warm dishes in their little deli corner. A good option for quick dinner with the kids in the hotel room or a couple’s dinner after their bedtime.

SAMOVAR TEA LOUNGE. Tea Time around fountains and gardens.

Both the location and the menu of this restaurant make it a PERFECT place for families. Situated in the heart of the Yerba Buena Garden, the Samovar Lounge offers lots of outdoor seatings, which is very convenient for exploring toddlers. You can sip your tea while watching your little one play in the labyrinth of alleys separated by mini-gardens. The area is entirely pedestrian, so it is super safe for kids. Also, no worries about your stroller, as you will find plenty of space for parking it next to your table. The menu is full of “easy eating” items for bébé. If you are looking for comfort food, go for the chia rice pudding or the cheese sandwich.
