Eating out with the kids. Enoteca on Court Street. Classic Italian place with great pizza, pasta and a back area for the kids to run around after they have shoved food in their faces.

An indoor activity with the kids. The Transit Museum. My boy especially loves it as you can go in and out of train wagons.

An outdoor activity with the kids. The Brooklyn Bridge Park and Caroll Park. I go there running with one of my kids in the stroller. It's amazing - the whole pier is beautiful, there are tons of people and so many things to do with the kids
