Chances are that you will be welcomed at Under the Mango Tree by the purring of a juicer or a blender. From opening until closing, both of these devices get very little rest. The cozy eatery is THE place to go near the beach to get uber fresh juices and smoothies. The locals' favorite is the 'Marley' - a mixture of banana, almond milk, kale, spinach and peanut butter.
The other big hit here is the acai Bowl. There are several different kinds to please all tastes. Made of a puree of frozen acai berries topped with slices of bananas and granola, it looks like a big blueberry yogurt parfait. The silky smooth texture will please even the smallest.
There is not so much room for strollers inside but you can easily park it outside. Try to get a spot in the backroom where kids will be able to play on the floor or walk around easily. The ambiance here is super laid-back so there is no need to worry about the restless kiddos.
