MOROCCO | FELLAH HOTEL
By Charlotte Burgoyne,Right after the heavy doors of the Fellah hotel, a surprising noise attract our attention. On our left side we hear a serie of "baaaaaa"...The girls run to them and quickly discover the adorable four legged guests of the hotel: goats, donkeys and horses. Before reaching the reception, we have to make a second stop to climb up the tree house in the garden of the hotel! At it the bottom there is also an old vintage car left there for as a decor piece and perfect for kids to play in. We've only been here for 20 minutes but the girls are already psyched and we are too.Really well designed, the property of the Fellah hotel is gorgeous. Miles away from the many palaces Marrakech offer to tourist, here we feel on boho-chic organic farm with its petting farm, veggie patch and exotic cactus here and there. The rooms are dispatched in little houses with a minimalist design. Each of them has a unique decor mixing artisanal, vintage and ethnic furniture and objects. The founders of the hotel want the guest to immerse themselves in the local and regional culture and art.[supsystic-gallery id=134]Near the reception, there is a room filled with spices in baskets that the kids can smell and touch. To further discover Moroccan flavors, you and your little ones can register to the cooking classes offered by the hotel. The library and its amazing kids' corner also offers a great opportunity to discover the localDuring your stay you will also be able to lounge by the pool, try boxing at the gym, watch a movie in the little vintage theater above the reception. Don't hesitate to ask for kids movies, the staff will love setting them up and will even bring them some warm pop corn.Kids above 4 will be able to stay at the kids club and make leather bags, listen to African tales, or paint. Little ones are also welcome but under the supervision of an adult. One more word about the Fellah's restaurant. We loved the local crepes and semolina bread at breakfast and the "Lotte Tajine" for lunch, a fish stew with peppers and incredible spices!Little Voyageurs loves:❤️ The vibrant, cool and eco-friendly feel.❤️ The kids activities: kids club, tree house, petting farm, library, and cinema.❤️ The cooking classes for the entire family.
