It is easy to spend hours at this ancient US army airfield. As our Insider Eunice Moyle pointed out, it is a great place to keep the kids busy; but it is also perfectly adapted for naptime. There is a long path stretching along the water where you will easily be able to walk your little one around. On the East side of Crissy Field, you’ll hit restored marshes and on the West Side you will have the best view around town of the Golden Gate Bridge. Almost at the feet of the iconic bridge, you will find the Warming Hut Café and Bar, very convenient for a snack. There is also a cute store attached to the café with kids’ toys.
