In 2016, the famous Wynwood Bakery Café was renovated and turned into a kosher Deli. Supported by his young chef Melissa Sosa, a young Cuban-American who spent the past two years studying beef curing and fermentation at New York delis, Zak Stern brings back his ancestors' cuisine with passion and talent. Try the authentic deli dish: thick-cut, fall-apart corned beef prepared on kosher corn rye bread and served with pickled cabbage and cucumbers.
