PORTUGAL | MIRAMAR

By Charlotte Burgoyne,Bed, food, ocean. What else ? At Miramar, an old seaside cafe newly turned into a boutique hotel south of Lisbon you will likely feel in your own vacation home. Designed like a summer retreat by renowned graffiti artist André Savaira, this place is dreamy in many ways. Wake up to the sound of the ocean few steps away from you and please your eyes with the art deco feel of your room and its calming light pink walls. Although leaving the soft sheets of your bed might be a little hard, comfort yourself with a delicious healthy breakfast prepared by the hotels' artistic chef using organic products sourced in the area. No doubt you will be back to the hotel's eatery fairly soon to try, this time, the catch of the day from the village's fishermen. You might wonder, what do we do at the Miramar ? Well, fill up on the clean ocean air, soak up some sun, spend days barefoot, let the kids climb on the dunes and swim as long as they can. Now listen, we have to break out a pretty bad news, there are only three bedrooms at the Miramar, and the "temporary home" is only runs from July through September, so book it fast!!!Little Voyageurs loves:❤️ The location on the beach that makes it very easy with kids.❤️ The rustic ambiance.❤️ The large outdoor space to let the kids run free.
