Hidden in a corner of the Edgewater district, Plant Food + Wine is a real gem in the middle of nowhere. Behind the massive gate unravels a magical garden looking like a paradise for families. Totally enclosed, it is full of easy diversions for the kids. There is a pretty fountain to look at, a labyrinth of trees to play in, a very large grassy area to run around and a couple of sofas displayed in a palm tree oasis. All these diversions will be right at your feet if you eat on the terrace. The menu is plant-based which can be a little surprising at the beginning but it is a great opportunity to taste fruits and veggies prepared in an inventive gourmet way.
